Zimbabwe forward Tawanda Maswanhise is up for another gong this season.

This time, the Motherwell top-scorer has been nominated for the Scottish Football Writers Association Player of the Year Award,

He is nominated along with his teammate Elijah Just. Claudio Braga and Lawrence Shankland (both of Hearts) have been nominated.

All four players are up for the PFA Scotland Premiership Player of the Season Award are named in the PFA Scotland Premiership Team of the Year.

Manager Jens Berthel Askou has been nominated for the Scottish Football Writers Manager of the Year. Derek McInnes, John McGlynn and Martin O’Neill have also ben nominated.

No Motherwell manager or player has ever won the gong.
