Kenya demolish Zimbabwe

Kenya demolished Zimbabwe  61-15 in a Confederation of Africa Rugby (CAR) Division 1A match played in Harare on Saturday.

The Simbas went over the line regularly against a depleted Sables side.

Tony Onyango was the first in the scoresheet with a try converted by Darwin Mukidza but Sables pulled back with a penalty to make it 7-3 for the visitors.

At half time the score was 24-10 but the wheels truly went flying after the Simbas regularly tore through the Sables’ defence.

It was sweet revenge for the visitors who were beaten by the hosts 28-20 last year.

Given the abject performance Zimbabwe will have a lot of work to do before they host Uganda on 23 July before jetting off to Namibia for 6 August date.
