SuperSport has announced its extensive live coverage for the upcoming Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
Four existing channels, SS4, SS5, SS6, SS7, and three additional channels, SS12, SS13 and SS14, will be dedicated to the Rio Games. In addition to that, other channels like SS1 and SS3 will carry overflow content where available and needed, principally involving sevens rugby, golf and soccer. SS12 will be a dedicated 24-hour Olympic news channel, carrying content produced by the International Olympic Committee. The Blitz channel will also broadcast regular updates and will each day direct viewers to the big events of the day.
