New music out and it is from Zimbabwean rapper Rymy Ray.
The EP is called Southside 90s Kid and it is his first project not produced by Guardian Records Founder, the Gweru-based Croft. KC works on this project.
The sound is kinda soulful with a soupsance of verbosity from a man who has come far from his first offering, the 2007 mixtape Hip Hop Resurrection. He feels ready to own his sound and is comfortable without being complacent.
Who do we see rocking this? Those who like that contemporary sound. Although there are times he should leave that singing alone. The project has a lot of story-telling which is something people will like.
