Trailblazing Zimbabwean group Mokoomba are set to perform at the iconic Appollo Theater in New York, 3-mob.com can reveal.
Tickets are already on sale for the show called Africa Now which will also feature Niger’s Bombino, Ghana’s Jojo Abot plus Sudan’s Alsaraah & The Nubatones.
Africa Now is an annual concert that celebrates the continent’s influence on the culture of the world by showcase the best of the current scene.
Mokoomba will be there on 26 March 2016.
Mokoomba manager Marcus Gora told 3-mob.com:
