Warriors not staying at Zifa Village – Manager

Zimbabwe national team manager Wellington Mpandare has rubbished rumours that the team is staying at the Zifa Village.

In a call with 3-mob.com, Mpandare said the team is staying at Pandari Lodge as they prepare for their CHAN Qualifier return leg match against Lesotho this weekend.

Rumours had spread of their staying at the Zifa Village which is no up to scratch in terms of quality after the Warriors had their training at the complex.

He said:

The pitches we play on generally are artificial ones and Zifa Village having one gives us the best preparation.

The Warriors lead 3-1 after the first leg.
