Three Zimbabweans take part in the IAAF World Championships Marathon today

Millen Matende, Pardon Ndhlovu and Cuthbert Nyasango take to the track on Sunday morning in the ongoing IAAF World Championships in London.

The gun goes off at 11.55pm Zimbabwe time and our representatives take on the grueling challenge.

Nyasango has good memories of London having been placed 7th in the 2012 Olympic marathon event. At the 2012 World Championships he finished 23rd.

Ndhlovu competed in the 2016 Olympics in Rio where he finished 41st.

London Marathon winner Daniel Wanjiru is the favourite.
