Sikandar Raza pushed his Punjab Kings side to a last-ball win in an Indian Premier League (IPL) tie against Chennai Super Kings on Sunday.

First the Zimbabwean star all-rounder snared Ruturaj Gaikwad to a false shot in the Chennai innings, resulting in his stumped removal for 37.

Chennai were cruising, untroubled on 86.

Raza took one for 31 in three overs.

And then on the final over, needing nine, this is what happened, he faced a tough over against Matheesha Pathirana.

He got one run of the first first ball.

The next ball was a leg bye.

Raza was back on strike.

Then he took two runs each of the next two balls.

Three runs were needed off the next ball.

He made three off the last ball, and Punjab Kings won.

That was by four wickets.
