PSL Disciplinary Committee throws book at Caps United

disciplinary hearing

Caps United FC have been called to appear before the Premier Soccer League (PSL) Disciplinary Committee following the abandoned Castle Lager PSL match against FC Platinum at Mandava Stadium on 6 April, 2024.

The summons stems from alleged breaches of PSL Rules and Regulations, specifically Order 31.1.13 which outlines misconduct related to fan behavior. This order prohibits supporter misbehavior “inside or outside a ground before, during or after a match.”

Examples of such misbehavior include:

  • Invading or attempting to invade the field of play (except for crowd safety reasons)
  • Causing or attempting to cause the abandonment of a match

The official disciplinary hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at the PSL offices.
