Mapeza names Warriors squad for SA, Ethiopia World Cup Qualifiers

Zimbabwe coach Norman Mapeza has named the Zimbabwe squad for the 2022 Fifa World Qualifiers against South Africa and Ethiopia.

Zimbabwe are out of contention after failing to register single victory in the first four matches.

The matches will round off the Group Stage (SA (11.11) & Ethiopia (14.11))

Tawanda Maswanhise, impressive at Under-23 level is called up. As is Ipswich Town FC forward Macauley Bonne.

They will have to do without their talisman, Knowledge Musona who is out injured, along with Jordan Zemura (Bournemouth) and Marshall Munetsi (Reims).
