Tsvangirai Withdraws Election Petition

MDC-T leader Morgan Tsvangirai has withdrawn his election petition challenging Zanu-Pf’s Robert Mugabe’s win the recent harmonised elections.

Tsvangirai cited among reasons the fact that he  was nor furnished with election material for his petition.

Then add this:

He says that the fact that Chief Justice Godfrey Chidyausiku was present at the Heroes Acre when President Mugabe gave an address as a reason to believe that the court case would not be handled fairly.

So the Chief Justice being at a national event was an issue. Like wow though…

Anyway so no court case tomorrow. Let’s all go and have a pint and watch football then.
