Harare woman kills bystander while trying to hit one of her boyfriends

A Harare woman has been arrested in connection with hitting a bystander while in an argument with one of her two boyfriends.

This was confirmed by the Zimbabwe Republic Police on Saturday.

18-year old Leanda Mupfumira was arrested in connection with the incident which took place on 20 April 2023 at a service station in Kuwadzana 2.

Mupfumira is said to have picked up a brick and thrown it one of her two boyfriends with whom she was fighting.

The brick hit a bystander, Tawanda Nigel Ziumbe (23) , resulting in him falling into a drain and becoming unconscious.

The victim died at a local hospital whilst on admission.
