Why our site was down on Monday

So your favourite website, 3-mob.com was down for roughly 13 hours on Monday.

We went offline at about 11.36hrs (CAT) on Monday 20 September 2020 and got back online at 00.39hrs on 21 September 2020.

When we contacted our hosting solution provider soon after that. We have been working on the site so we noticed when it went down, they said it was a known problem.

We posted their first response. It was over an hour after we had gone down because the hosting system would not let us log in while they worked on the known problem affecting our server

NOTICE: It's not just you. Your favourite website is down. This is the notice from our host. They assure is it will be resolved today, though.

We did a follow-up at 17.49hrs and got this response

UPDATE: We have an update from our webhost on the status of your favourite website. Some good-ish news. We hope it works out. Thank you for patience#3mob pic.twitter.com/5lMAa1qoOZ

Our final report came at 21.50 hrs
