A woman and her three minor children, all Zimbabwean nationals, have died in a horror crash in Australia.
PerthNow reported that ‘police have confirmed a woman, two girls – aged nine and seven – and a 12-month-old boy died when their small Hyundai Getz hatchback collided head-on with a 40-seater white Hino bus shortly before 7pm last night about 15km north of Kambalda on the Goldfields Highway’.
The woman’s husband, Bongani, was back in Zimbabwe when the accident happened. His pastor has reportedly informed him of the tragedy. Bongani had only just come back to Zimbabwe this past Friday.
Emmet Moyo, 38, her daughters Sibonginkosi and Sibusiso, aged eight and five, and her one-year-old son Sandulo died on their way home from church. They had been living in Western Australia for two and half years.
All three children were properly restrained.
Deaths on Western Australia roads now sits at 9 since Friday.
