Ever had a situation where you wake up a couple of times at night and it’s like, fam, what is going on here?
Well there are a few reasons this could be happening.
Insomnia
Now there is the disorder where you can’t sleep at all. But also where you can’t stay asleep. See a sleep specialist.
Anxiety and/or depression
This one is a biggie. You have financial issues and so forth and you just can’t sleep. Or now you accidentally fall asleep and wake up suddenly.
Night terrors
Now these are not nightmares. They come and most people feel like they are awake. And also unaware of what is happening. And more often than not they will remember.
Too much screen time
Your brain is overloaded and it is hard to shut down. And so you need to shut down for a bit, at least 30 minutes before you sleep. And also switch off the TV mate.
