MUSIC VIDEO REVIEW: Mwenje Mathole – Zvaunondiitira (starring Patricia)

Two things.

The colour. Very African aesthetic and you can almost taste the video.

Secondly, the use of models who are not plastic mainstream, in this instance Patricia Putsai.

Mwenja Mathole delivers both in his music video for the song Zvaunondiitira.

There is an unassuming intimacy in this piece, so expect bags of slow motion videos and smiling.

It works well with the video, even as it offers nothing surprising and plays to a formula.

And perhaps that is all for which we should be happy at times.
