ICC hands Zimbabwe Spirit of Cricket Award 2023ICC

The ICC has given the Zimbabwe men’s cricket team Spirit of Cricket Award 2023.

“A heartwarming moment from the 2023 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier in Zimbabwe won the ICC Spirit of Cricket Award 2023. West Indies’ Akeal Hosein was consoled by Zimbabwean players after his side lost a high-intensity match,” said the ICC in announcing the award.

The award is for this: An action, moment, gesture or decision on the field of play in international cricket during the Performance Period which best reflects the Spirit of Cricket.
