The MDC-T Chief Elections Agent and deputy national chairman Morgan Komichi has been found guilty of contravening the Electoral Act according to his party.
The MDC-T Twitter account broadcast this on Thursday afternoon.

Another source says he has been sentenced to 350 hours community service.
Komichi was found in possession of a ballot paper on the eve of 31 July elections won by President Rober Mugabe’s Zanu-pf party.
Komichi had taken it to the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission accusing them of destroying a ballot paper belong toa special voter who had cast it in favour of his party.
He was arrested when he was unable to explain the circumstances he found himself in possession of it.
