The air crackles with anticipation as the 2024 Logan Cup final day approaches.

With the matches starting February 15th, three teams – the Southern Rocks, the Mega Market Mountaineers, and the Eagles – stand poised to add the coveted title to their cabinet once again.

Each carries the hopes of their fans, the weight of expectation, and the burning hunger for victory.

Rocks have stacked their points, sitting on 122 points after completing their eight matches.

Mountaineers are breathing down their necks on 106, followed by Eagles on 97.

A total of 26 points are available for the winner, should they grab all bonus points available.

Mountaineers need a total of 15 to win. Eagles need all of them.

And for the drama, Mountaineers and Eagles duke it out at Old Hararians, with a straight fight to decide who wins the title. It could not even be more complex. Best mates Stuart Matsikenyeri and Eric Chauluka are in the opposing dugouts. Matsikenyeri has won the title before, when he was at Eagles. Then, Chauluka was in the technical team. Chauluka now stands between his friend and a dream debut as Mountaineers coach.

In the other match, Tusker and Rhinos lock horns at Harare Sports Club.
