Youth, Indigenisation and Empowerment minister Patrick Zhuwao has gone on the charm offensive by releasing a video in which he escalates his fight with foreign-owned banks over compliance.
In the the three minutes 26 seconds Zhuwao Brief he speaks of his mandate as having been a challenge set for him by President Robert Mugabe.
Zhuwao also accused banks of shortchanging youths by not giving loans due to them.

The video is the latest in a public tiff he has been having with Finance and Economic Development minister Patrick Chinamasa. Chinamasa insists international banks are compliant.
