Zimbabwe end Cosafa Cup campaign without a win

Zimbabwe continued their poor results under the tutelage of Croatian Zdravko Logarusic, as they lost 2-1 to Senegal, in their final group game of the Cosafa Cup, on Tuesday.

The record holders of the tournament finished the campaign bottom of the group, even as the other teams still had games in hand.

Qadr Amin converted an early penalty for the Warriors before Abdoule Ndoye, just before the break and Mohammad Rasoul Ba completed a comeback for the tournament’s guest side.

The result means Zimbabwe have now won only one of their last 12 matches under the current coach.
