Zim PSL reveals when the 2023 season starts

The Zimbabwe Premier Soccer Soccer League (PSL) has revealed when the next season will commence for the country’s top flight.

In a communication announcing its annual break the league said, “The 2023 season will commence with the Castle Challenge Cup in February 2023.”

The Cup is a precursor to the season. It is played between the Castle Lager PSL winners and Chibuku Super Cup holders. For 2023, it will be contested between FC Platinum and Bulawayo Chiefs.

As for when the PSL offices will be closed, it is for the holidays from Wednesday 21 December 2022 and reopen on Monday 9 January 2023.
