Jarrison Selemani and Panashe Mutimbanyoka then equalised in the 75th and 78th minute to save the former champions’ blushes. They remain unbeaten, three points off table-toppers Highlanders.
Walter Musona got the all-important goal over for Simba Bhora as they beat Dynamos 1-0.
Prosper Kafelapanjila, Malon Mushonga and Blessed Ndereki scored in Yadah’s 3-2 win over TelOne. The winning side were without Khama Billiat. They just about held on. TelOne had a late surge, coring their goals in the 80th and 90th minutes.
Leeroy Murape put ZPC Kariba ahead, but Hastings Chapusha scored the equaliser to earn a point for CAPS United.
In the other match of the day, Chegutu Pirates beat Hwange 2-1.
