ZBCtv to screen Zimbabwe match against Algeria live

ZBCtv will screen the match between Zimbabwe and Algeria in the Africa Cup of Nations qualification on Monday.

The match will be screened at 3pm in the afternoon live from the National Sports Stadium in Harare.

No supporters are allowed into stadiums based on Covid-19 restrictions in place at the moment in Zimbabwe.

The announcement was made by the Zimbabwe Football Association (Zifa).

This will come as a relief for Zimbabwe fans who had to find random streams to watch the loss to Algeria on Saturday evening.

The access issues come as the Confederation of African Football has still not found a new continental broadcaster resulting in a year of football generally inaccessible to most of the continent.

The Zimbabwe contingent returned to Harare Friday night after losing 3-1 on Thursday night.
