Those are the words of Zimbabwe national men’s cricket team coach Lance Klusener as he backed underperforming vice-captain and wicketkeeper Regis Chakabva to turn around his form.
Speaking to the media, Klusener called Chakabva a quality talent and said people needed to be patient with him.
Klusener also refers to him as a work in progress.
