Zimbabwe wicketkeeper-batsman Clive Madanade says he relishes the opportunity of leading the side as captain in the future.

He said as much after he led the Zimbabwe Emerging side to a gold medal win at the African Games in March.

Madande said that he was ‘priviledged to lead the side in Ghana and the experience gave him ‘confidence’ to take to the national team should he get the chance to do so.

The 24-year-old also talks about what he has learnt to apply now as the national team gets back to duties with the five-match T20 series against Bangladesh from this Friday.
