WATCH: Dave Houghton on what he has brought to the Zimbabwe team since taking over

Zimbabwe Cricket Head Coach Dave Houghton says he has unlocked the fear in his players since taking over.

Houghton says the players often played with a fear of failure but has now gotten them to play without fear.

Houghton has a 5-0 record since he took over. All of the wins were against Associate sides in the ICC T20 World Cup Qualifier B held this past July.

Zimbabwe now face the more accomplished Bangladesh, a full member side in T20s and ODIs.
