Zimbabwe international midfielder Marvelous Nakamba is among players English Premier League club Aston Villa are looking to move on.
According to The Athletic, Anwar El Ghazi, Bertrand Traore, Frederic Guilbert and Nakamba are in the ‘no future at Villa Park’ camp.
Nakamba was again excluded from the match day squad in Villa’s 2-1 win over Everton on Saturday.
The 28-year-old being allowed to leave comes as a surprise after Villa manager Steven Gerrard was full o praise of him last season. This was before an injury which had him miss a huge chunk of the season, along with Zimbabwe’s Africa Cup of Nations 2022 campaign.
The midfielder joined Villa in 2019, after two seasons at Belgian side Club Brugge.
