Updates on Warriors camp

Zimbabwe have stepped up their preparations for the two Fifa World Cup 2026 Qualifiers against Lesotho and South Africa.

Interim Head Coach Jairos Tapera has been taking his charges through their work as the daunting assignment draws near.

Plymouth Argyle defender Brendan Galloway has had to pull out with an injury. Noone has been called up as a replacement.

Teenage Hadebe joined camp on Wednesday, meaning all players are now available for selection, bar Galloway of course.

There are rumours around the eligibility of Tawanda Chirewa, but those seem to be isolated, and the Zifa social media accounts have shown him going through the paces with other players.
