Reigning Caribbean Premier League (CPL) champions Trinbago Knight Riders (TKR) have replaced two players including Zimbabwean all-rounder Sikandar Raza ahead of their defence.
Pakistani spinner Yasir Shah replaces Raza while New Zealand international, Tim Seifert comes in for Sandeep Lamichhane.
Raza was part of last season’s title charge and had been retained for this season. However, when Zimbabwe’s current tour of Ireland and Scotland was delayed by a few weeks was delayed, it meant that his national commitments would bite large into CPL time.
The CPL starts on Thursday and will be broadcast in Sub-Saharan Africa on SuperSport.
