Zimbabwe cricket fans have just gotten the sweet news they want to hear about their leading light.
Star all-rounder Sikandar Raza has confirmed that he will be available for the ODI Super League series against Netherlands later this month.
There had been fears he might miss it as his team in the Pakistan Super League, Lahore Qalandars, is doing well in this year’s edition.
The series takes place on 21, 23 and 25 March 2023. The final for the tournament is in 20 March.
But Raza has said he will be available to light up Harare Sports Club, saying, “Can’t wait to join the Chevrons for the [Netherlands] series. Dear Zimbabweans I shall be there #InshaAllah for the series. See you all soon.”
After that Raza makes his debut in the Indian Premier League, where he will play for the Punjab Kings.
