Sables slip in World Rugby rankings, All Blacks go top

Zimbabwe slipped one position down in the latest World Rugby rankings.

The weekly rankings see the Sables ranked 34th down from 33rd.

Kenya who beat Zimbabwe on Saturday in the final match of the Victoria Cup, jumped up to 33rd from 35. The Sables had already won the cup after winning all their matches until then.

Meanwhile, New Zealand who were destined to return to the top of the tree did so after a 23-13 win against South Africa in their opening tie of the Rugby World Cup.

Ireland slip to second despite their 27-3 victory against Scotland.

England remain third followed by Wales and South Africa to complete to the top 5.
