Zimbabwe cricket star Ryan Burl has been unveiled for this coming season as part of the playing staff for Haslingden Cricket Club.
As we said a few months ago, Burl signed for them for their domestic season.
Followers of the Zimbabwe cricket team will be keen to keep an eye on his progress after he was picked up for the national side in the recent series against the United Arab Emirates which saw him pick up a personal best of 4-32 with the ball in the third ODI.
HaslingdenCC is one of the founder members of the Lancashire League.
Notable international players who have have had stints there are Clive Lloyd, Phil Simmons, Denis Lillee and Ian Austin.
It will probably give him some good game time ahead of the upcoming tours of Netherlands and Ireland.
