Raza goes up in latest ODI rankings

Zimbabwe cricket all-rounder Sikandar Raza has seen an improvement in his ODI positioning according to the latest International Cricket Council(ICC) rankings.

Raza has been the standout performer in the recent ODI and current T20I series against Afghanistan happening at Harare Sports Club.

Raza is now ranked 11th in the all-rounder rankings, two spots up from last week. He is the only Zimbabwean in the top 20

In the bowling department, he moved one spot to 77. Blessing Muzarabani is the highest ranked Zimbabwean bowler, ranked 44, the same position he occupied last week.

Raza is the highest ranked batter, placed 42nd, up one spot from the previous week.

Raza scored 145 runs in the series, with a highest total of 67 and at an average of 48.33. He second only to Rahmat Shah who had 198 runs.
