Zimbabwe’s football coach Kalisto Pasuwa has thrown in the towel and walked out on the national team.
Pasuwa has been at the helm of the Under 23 and senior team project for about ten months and not been paid (well they gave him $100).
In recent months he has tried to resign but intervention from government and pleading from players have brought him back into the fold.
Now he has said that he has had enough and noone can blame him.
The thing that is galling is the silence from the Zimbabwe Football Association following this development. Absolutely appalling.
A lot of it is just weird really. This is at a time where other sporting codes like cricket, rugby and tennis are turning ships around. They’re acting proper.
What the hell now?
Just watch Malawi or someone snap him up and go to the World Cup.
