The former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder has signed for DStv Premiership strugglers Black Leopards.

Soccer Laduma confirmed the news:

It has been confirmed to the Siya crew that the player has been signed by the Limpopo outfit after impressing Dylan Kerr and his technical team in training.

“It’s a done deal, Ovidy Karuru has signed with Black Leopards. It’s a short-term deal,” confirmed the source.

The former Masvingo United and Gunners player has before played in Belgium and France.

For Zimbabwe, the 31 year-old is a favourite among coaches who have come and gone for the Warriors.

He has had no club since he left Stellenbosch at the end of last season.
