Oh dear… Zifa don’t have a stadium for the Algeria in SA

The Zimbabwe Football Association (Zifa) has revealed that the stadium that was secured in South Africa for the tie against Algeria is no longer available.

Speaking to the Parliamentary Portfolio Committee on Youth and Sport, Zifa president Felton Kamambo revealed that the South Africab Football Association (Safa) had advised him that the Orlando Stadium was no longer available for use.

An alternative, Dobsonville is available but that is subject to government approval.

The Confederation of African football has barred Zimbabwe from hosting matches at home because their stadiums are not up to scratch.

It is all a but weird now isnt it?
