Munetsi on target for Stade de Reims

Zimbabwe international Marshall Munetsi was on target as his French Ligue 1 side Stade de Reims in their 1-1 draw away to Brest on Friday evening.

His diving header in the 25th minute gave the mid-table outfit the leader, to give the midfielder his fourth goal of the season. With four assists to his name, this makes it Munetsi’s second most successful in terms of goal involvements, following last season’s effort of 11 (seven goals and fours assists).

Lilian Brassier got the equaliser for Brest in first half injury time.

Munetsi played 68 minutes.
