Mapeza bounces back at FC Platinum

FC Platinum have confirmed the re-signing of their two-time championship winning coach Norman Mapeza.

The club said on Friday:

We are pleased to announce the return of Norma Mapeza to take the team forward.

Coach Mapeza has a proven record of success with the club having won two PSL titles in adition to leading the CAF hampions League charge.

Mapeza takes the team fully aware of the club’s vision which he has taken part in building and now seeks to attain in a fresh challenge, he comes in ready to go.

Mapeza takes over from Pieter de Jongh, with whom FC Platinum parted ways over his not having a CAF license, a requirement to sit on the bench in the Caf Champions League and increasingly in the local Castle Lager Premier Soccer League.
