Reports suggest Madinda Ndlovu is set to leave struggling Bulawayo giants Highlanders.
The Chronicle is reporting the coach has agreed terms with Gaborone United and is set to start with them for their 2019-20 season which begins in August.
Botswana sports plat form Sport Kick was more direct saying:
Gaborone United have confirmed the appointment of Zimbabwean-born, Madinda Ndlovu as their head coach for the upcoming season.
Ndlovu replaces Phillimon Makwengwe who couldn’t save his job despite reaching the final of Mascom Top 8. “The details of Madinda’s contract will be shared as soon as he arrives here,” said a highly-placed source at GU.
Ndlovu has had a turbulent season in which his side has only picked up 11 points from as many games.
It will be his second stint in Botswana where he clinched the league title in three successive seasons with two different clubs.
