MACCA MOVE! Bonne joins QPR

Zimbabwe international striker has joined SkyBet Championship side QPR on a three-year contract.

Macauley Bonne PIC QPR

The saga around his future at League One side Charlton Athletic ended when he was announced as QPR player on Friday.

Addicks manager Lee Bowyer saying the deal was “too good to refuse”. The fee is reported to be in the region of GBP2 million for player they got for GBP200k a year ago.

One why he made the move, Bonne said:

I want to go [was his first reaction when told QPR wanted him]. As much as I loved playing at Charlton, QPR should be a Premier League side.

All the best Macca.
