Leyton Orient striker Mcauley Bonne’s Africa Cup of Nations dream could disappear in the next five days.
The forward has made his intention to play for Zimbabwe clear but it all depends on him getting a passport so that he gets called up when the final 23-man squad is announced with the deadline being Monday 10 June.

The passport saga has been dragging for years with Warriors manager Wellington Mpandare remaining resolute for the most part and optimistic for the rest.
In total, generally 50-50.
Coach Sunday Chidzambwa is a fan of the striker who bagged 24 goals as Leyton Orient were promoted to League 2 in the England. This has drawn interest from Premier League clubs although he insists he wants to stay with his current side.
With that record, you would think someone would jump through hoops to give the Warriors their best chances in the African showpiece event.
Zimbabwe play their opening Afcon tie against hosts Egypt on 21 June. Also in the ame group are DRC and Uganda.
