Liberia lands for Zimbabwe tie

The Liberia men’s football side landed in Harare on Thursday night for their opening Africa Cup of Nations 2019 qualifying tie against Zimbabwe at the National Sports Stadium.

Liberian coach, James Salinsa Debbah,  has brought with him brought a relatively youthful team. They are without William Jebor and Anthony Laffor due to compassionate and injury reasons respectively.

Liberia are the lowest ranked team in the group which also has Congo and the Democratic Republic of Congo in it.

Zimbabwe play Liberia on Sunday 11 June 2017.
