Le Havre striker Tino Kadewere is expected to be ruled out of Zimbabwe’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifying ties against Zambia and Botswana.
Kadewere who had been named in the 24-man squad by interim coach Joey Antipas pulled his hamstring while playing in Ligue 2 on Friday night. The match ended in a 2-0 loss to Sochaux.
The injury is set to keep him out of action for at least three weeks.
It is not clear if a striker will be called up as a replacement.
