Gems get their Netball World Cup fees, bonuses

The Zimbabwe Netball Association (ZINA) has said payments have been processed for the national team after their 2023 Netball World Cup.

This was through the Government of Zimbabwe, through the Ministry of Sports, Recreation, Arts and
Culture.

In a statement ZINA outlined what the payments were.

Each member of the Gems has received their compensation:

• Winning Bonuses: A total of USD 300, per game for 3 Matches.
• Appearance Fees: A total of USD 100, for each of the seven matches played.
• Reimbursement: All international players will be reimbursed for their flight tickets.

Proceedings on 2 October were led by Mr. B. Hodza, Director of SRC, and Mrs. Munyoro from the Ministry of Sports and Recreation.
