Dynamos beat Highlanders to lift President’s Cup

Dynamos won the President’s Cup, the match played after the inauguration of President Emmerson Mnangagwa at the National Sports Stadium, beating Highlanders 2-0 on Sunday.

Kuda Kamwala unsettled Bosso witha fifth minute strike and for long periods of the first half the Bulawayo giants did not get to grips with the game.

Quality Kangadze converted a penalty in the 72nd minute to put the result to bed and send the Dembare joys into celebration. This was after a deliberate handball Mbongeni Ndlovu who was subsequently sent off.

A big worry for the match for Dynamos will be the injury yo Obey Mwerahari who had to be subbed off in the 26th minute for Peace Makaha.
