CAF to pay for Aluvah’s flight home

Well the big news is out.

The Confederation of African Football will pay for Alvin Zhakatas’s ticket to Zimbabwe after the Africa Cup of Nations final between on Senegal and Algeria.

And on top of that, a VIP ticket for the final will be paid for by the CAF according to the organisation’s president Ahmad Ahmad.

Aluvah as Zhakata is called, traveled by road from Cape to Cairo for the Africa Cup of Nations and has grabbed the attention of the whole continent.

A GoFundMe campaign had been started to get him back home. That will now be abandoned we guess.
