Afcon 2021 draw on Thursday and this is what it means for Zimbabwe

Zimbabwe are in a tough pot when the Africa Cup of Nations draw is made on Thursday 18 July.

The seeding is out and they are in pot 3 meaning that the sides in that section are those they cannot face. For the avoidance of doubt, these are Madagascar, the Central African Republic‚ Namibia‚ Sierra Leone‚ Mozambique‚ Guinea Bissau‚ Angola‚ Malawi‚ Togo‚ Sudan and Tanzania.

The low seeding Zimbabwe still keeps maintaining due to largely indifferent to terrible results means that it will always have to be a hard slog for the Warriors when it comes tournament football qualification.
