2022 FIFA World Cup qualifying draw for Africa on later this month

Zimbabwe will find out the group they will be placed in as part of their bid to make a maiden appearance at the FIFA World Cup.

Having negotiated awkwardly past Somalia and qualifying for the group stage thanks to a late Khama Billiat strike, the Warriors are in the hat for the draw to be held on 21 January 2020.

Given how poorly they have been ranked Zimbabwe should expect a hard draw.
