So you will notice that getting the Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority’s prepaid tokens has been a bit of an issue over the last week or so.

Well it took a while but the Authority finally decided to say something about it through its subsidiary ZETDC.

ZETDC would like to apologise to its valued customers countrywide for its failure to provide vending services from Wednesday March 29, 2017 up until midday Monday April 3, 2017.

Oh and they not done fixing it:

We would like to appeal to our customers to bear with us as our maintenance team is working to rectify the technical challenges. The system is currently performing on a suboptimal level. The inconvenience caused is sincerely regretted.

Oh and they said the system would fix everything. And life would be a lot easier.

Bleh! Why so long after our struggles though?
